Took my 3 dogs in for baths and the staff was SUPER nice, even offered to tidy up the bath room in between baths. They were very quick and had everything ready for each bath before I needed it. One of my dogs is very uncomfortable with people and interactions and the 2 staff working were extremely nice and helpful when picking out treats after regardless of her ‘intimidating appearance’ with her muzzle! They were very accommodating with giving extra space and making her feel more comfortable while still letting her know how cute she is!🥰 They definitely had to love up on my other 2 that love people, made us all feel very welcome!

I have used the self service dog wash and it was great! They even have happy hoodies you can use if your dog doesn’t like the noise of the high velocity dryer. They staff are polite and knowledgeable, they were able to point me in the right direction when my cat was having some problems. Highly recommend for your cat and dog needs!!

My dog loves this place. They give him treat everytime we shop and it is one of the few shops where dogs are welcomed

We stopped in to give our puppy a bath. The staff was super nice and helpful! We were supplied with everything we could possibly need including some treats! The store also has a great selection of products. Thanks for a great experience!
